How to renable console?

first of all congrats lusted, another impressive mod, one of the best ive played!

although i enjoy all of the changes, i just sometimes would like to have the ability to cheat
so how do i renable the console in game while using LTC V2.3?

(i presume it is this mod, as the console works when its not installed)
(*2: sry if this problem has already been posted, i just thought it would be a quick fix...)

Btw: i did find the disable_console= 1 in the preferences and changed it to 0 but it still doesnt work with the current or a new campaign

It's a good thing!
now you cant use cheats..
i cant stop myself from cheating so this problem is good for me.

Console works fine for me, just make sure your usign the correct key.

no, im definately using the right key.. same as the vanilla game.
console just doesnt work with this mod installed, even after changing the line in the preferences.
