what are the prequisites for Norman Knights as Sicily?

I've been waiting to train some Norman Knights...but they don't seem to ever show up...what's the build tree for them>? Thanks

I would like to use this thread (sorry for the hijack ^^) to ask the same question for the Knights of Santiago, i played as the Spanish for a long time but was not able to build them.

There are many events like new armour invented so that you can't get a unit faster then it should be.You have to wait for the specific event to get the unit.

I can build Teutonic Knights almost from the beginning of the game ^^

I get the Hospitallers often many turns before their even card comes up.

Knights of Santiago only if you have it's specific chapter house, you will get it some time

I can build St. John's Hospitaller (sp?) Knights, but no Norman Knights...can anyone train them? Please let me know, thanks!!

Norman knights are trainable with a level of castle but i forget which sorry... it mite be the first castle made of stone.

Edit at least i think they are.... you got me thinking now

Norman Knights require the Heavy Mail Armour event and a fairly advanced Barracks building.

Torn - would you be able to confirm whether St John's Hospitaller (spelled wrong) Knights are supposed to be available before the event of their founding happens? Thanks again for your hard work
