Well you can play both, as you can run M2TW using it's shortcut and LTC using it's shortcut.should i play the unmodded game b4 ltc?? or is LTC the same but better.
No the Papal States, Timurids, Mongols and Aztecs are unplayalbe in LTC. All other factions are playable from the start.also. When you win in LTC(2.3) do you unlock some other factions? like timurids,etc?

Think we'll ever be able to play as the Papal States, Aztecs, etc?
I can understand them being AI controlled.. but playing as the Papal States would be FUN!
