Radeon 9550 & Medieval, battle looks like a slide show

So the problem is, that when troops are moving, it is like a slide show. Mouse movement is like 10 cm at time etc. I didn't have this problem previously, I have been playing before this with no problems, so I suggest that this is because ATI's display drivers. The problem is, which version is working, anyone had a same kind of problem? I have tried 6.7, 7.1 & 7.2 versions of catalyst, also only installing just dd's.

i have the same ati 9550(sapphire) i closed campaign shadows and game works as good as tw rome.
