    Default Protectorades are Impossible?

    Hi

    Does anybody knows how can i get a protectorade, the Carthaginians have
    just two cities left, both are besieged by my armies, and they just have their faction leader and their heir, and they keep telling me that they refuse a protectorade. I'm offering them all their original territories except carthago, Lilybeon and Caralis and 20000 money, and they just keep refusing.
    Have the conditions of a protectorade change in the mod?, Are they different from the normal game? How does the AI thinks or behave in order to get a protectorade?.

    Please, Does anybody knows?

    The diplomatic negotiations both in RTW and SPQR suck. I expected something to be changed in SPQR, but it didn't happen.

    Even if u get a faction to became protectorate, they are still allied to other factions, and eventuly u will attack one of their allies, and they will cancill the protectorate, sucks dont it?

    Exactly No mod can make AI for diplomacy better, its hardcoded. Its a shame, personally I would have prefered NONE of the AI factions attack each other, so the player can conquer different nations instead of just a few super powers.
