I am planning to buy a laptop, but i have 2 questions,
wich is better: a Intel Core Duo T2080 1,73GHz or a AMD Turion 64 X2 TL 50

and my second question: a Ati Mob. Radeon X1300 or a Geforce 7300 GO

Check out this article, the Core Duo T2080 should be better.

I should mention if the price difference between the two video cards is much then check this out for a little more info.

Also, don't expect to be doing any serious gaming with either of those cards. Both of them are pretty much bottom of the line and will play a game like MTW2 at low settings at an equally low resolution.
