Brilliant or Horribly Dumb?

I just ordered my new CPU on Newegg and would like your opinions. It is beyond the step of modifying it unless I cancel the order so unless it is a total disaster, which I think it isn't, I'll be sticking with this. I'm about to head out so links will come later.

You've picked an interesting combination of parts...why PC8500 RAM? Why such a cheap-ass CPU cooler? The RAM would normally tell me that you plan to OC, especially with a P35 board - but your CPU cooler tells me otherwise. The stock Intel HSF will probably work as well as that thing you've picked out. If you were planning to OC, I would have went with PC6400 RAM (for about half the price) and picked up a much better HSF, like the SP120...anyway, I guess it's too late for you. Not that what you have is bad, just that you could have chosen parts more wisely. Definitely not "brilliant" nor "Horribly dumb."

Had something grander in mind but I had to make it cheaper. I had a 8800 there and a Zalman but like I said had to cut down. And hearing how high people were going with stock, I thought a cheap cooler wouldn't be that bad.
