Need help again, not related to the music-problem thingy

Ok..

My computer has been actin kind of actin weird, this week, every morning, i would turn on the comp, a few mins, maybe 10 mins or so, the comp would then just auto shut-off however my comp is still giveing the light, thats its on, however, its wont turn off, or on, nor would it restart, i had to take off the power plug, wait for a few secs, cause the light is still on even with the power plug off, then turn the comp on, the second time it works fine, no problems, this happens to me every time, turn on the comp,

First try fails

2nd try always, works, i might do a system restore, or mind-wipe the drive, but i want to leave that as a last resort, so can anyone give me any tips on how to fix my computers, black outs

and yes i did virus scans etc, just incase i had any bugs, i found 2 trojans buts thats all, and it still does its black outs.
