For some reason, I can't get the game to start. I've installed the mod twice, and I ran the new_ui.bat the second time, and still no luck. I get an error that says:

make sure you installed it to the right directory and over a clean install of Rome - Total War 1.5... with the new installer (version 1.11 full) it does the .bat after it installs the mod to the directory..

I did that, I even replaced the missing file with one a friend with the mod sent me, and now it won't start up at all, but without the error message this time.

If you are getting THAT error, you installed it into the 'Data' directory, and not the RTW folder. The instructions clearly state 'install into 'Rome Total War' directory, or wherever you have RTW installed. Wherever the 'data' directory IS, you have to install it into that folder...NOT IN THE DATA FOLDER...but where the DATA folder is.
