Default Suggestion - new user groups

This is posted as a suggestion since I am expecting/hoping for feedback.
Once the idea has been finalized, then I shall move it into a formal proposal.
Since this has not been finalized, this second part of this first post would be open to amendments

Proposal: new user groups for TWC

    1) 'Modder' - Everyone is always saying how to give more recognition to modders, well I think this is it. Modders are different creatures, they do not have time to post, else they would not have time to mod Mod leaders are usually exempt from this as they have to sell their mod.

Make the qualifications different from a citizen. I suggest being simply a member (even 1 post) BUT they should be members of a released modification, whether beta, or even alpha (maybe even just something with extended screenshots of an internal beta like RNJ).

This would set the modder apart from people who just likes to discuss things (not that there is anything wrong with this but from what I see these are the kind of people that get noticed in TWC).

Suggested leader: The god of modders himself, Lusted.

1a) possibly as an extension of this could be a 'Historical Researcher' group. These guys are just as important, though they tend to post a lot their posts are usually confined to a specific mod.

    2) Historic Groups
These could be divided into different sub-groups
    example:
    Historic Eras - Imperial Rome
    Historic Eras - Napoleonic Age
    Historic Eras - Medieval Era

    Historic Cultures - Romans
    Historic Cultures - Christian Europe
Historic Cultures - The Armies of Islam

make membership available to anyone with an interest, even with only 1 post.
Since I am sure some members would want to be members of different sub-groups here I also suggest limiting membership to two Historic Eras groups and two Historic Cultures groups (4 in all? could be up to 3 each or just 1 each)

suggested leader: either divide leadership to subgroups ( ex rez for 'Historic Cultures - Parthians') or just one or a few leaders for the 'Historic' Group

These subgroups can help other people connect with people of similar interests, and they can possibly have information passed on to members directly, like a new archaeological discovery relevant to only members of 'Historic Eras - Antiquity', etc.
These subgroups would also make a more targeted advertising available, for example the new screenshots for RNJ can be sent by PM to members of a 'Historic Cultures - Japan' sub-group. The front page is good, of course but I am sure not everyone goes throught the frontpage everytime they log on.

    End of proposal

As previously mentioned I am expecting/hoping for feedback.
I am also going to leave the first part of the post as is, for future reference and would be posting amendments to the idea below:

    Amendments:

For the modder, well I thought that was what the Artifex rank was for, people just don't use it. For the historic groups ... well they seem a tad useless to me, no offence.
