Paypal
Sorry for this doesn't actually go here, it was my best guess. Alright, I want to sign up for Paypal, because I want to buy DD, and I'm pretty sure it only works with a Paypal account. However the description is rather confusing. Here it is:
"Personal Account
Ideal for shopping online. It’s a free, secure, and fast way to send payments. You can also accept bank account or PayPal balance-funded payments for free and a limited number of credit or debit card payments per year for a low fee."
First it says its Free, then it says theres a low fee per year. What exactly does this mean? Is it a low fee IF I use the limited credit/debit card payments, or do I have to pay that no matter what?
“All things have sprung from nothing and are borne forward to infinity. Who can follow out such an astonishing career? The Author of these wonders, and He alone, can comprehend them.” - Blaise Pascal
To see a world in a grain of sand,
And a heaven in a wild flower,
Hold infinity in the palm of your hand,
And eternity in an hour.

Re: Paypal
You don't have to pay anything to sign up nor to send money to someone else. You will be charged to receive debit/credit card funds from someone though. Checkout their FEES info if you plan to receive money from sources other than transfers.
