8500GT question/advice

So, I'm building a computer for my friend, and to keep on budget he wants an ASUS 8500GT, which is also fanless, which is desired.

My question is how will M2TW perform on an 8500GT?
The computer has an E6600 and 2 gigs memory.

Another question is if the cards fan-lessness is going to become an issue when pushing it? (With M2TW, for example)

asus8500gt is an ok cheap card but will not perform well on high settings. I would suggest spending $50 more for a xfx8600gt which is way more powerful than 8500gt.
