Hey Dudes,

after playing RTR for quite a long time, I decided to check out a new mod. I chose IBFD because the options leave me quite longing.

Whatever, after having installed everything onto my clean RTW Gold (German) Installation, the game started and everything was promising, until I chose a faction and tried to start a campaign: the game crashed down to desktop immediately. The same on "instant battle" and the historic ones, the game won't start.

Well, I uninstalled the whole game, killed every registry-entry and re-installed the stuff, with the same result.

So, what's wrong?

you might have to upgrade to BI 1.6 manually, have had many reports like this, people thinking Gold is already upgraded to 1.6 but seems it isn't. since I don't have gold couldn't know for sure but just try it

Thanks a lot. I've been traveling through the TWcenter for some months now, after I discovered my love to commanding some poor souls through whole europe...

Well, whatever, I am pretty sure that my version is 1.6, as I see the VN in my options-screen ingame.

Any clue???
