    The Road ot Jerusalem Public Beta 2



    Installation:

    Directly in the M2TW directory.
    This install doesnt overwrite any other Mod and can be used with other Mods installed. Be sure to uninstall any previous link version.
    CA 1.2 patch is requried.
    CA 1.3 patch compatible
    Before installing make sure you have more than 980MB free.



    Playing:

    The game contains only 2 of the new factions (aragon, saxons), but all new units and all included mods.
    Campain runs stable now, no often crashs reported.
    Try out all new units and all the other stuff and report all the bugs to me.
    I will constantly update this beta until the final release.

    City names:Vindin changed in Bran, Karak in Kerak and Montreal in Shabaq fixed in Public Beta 2
    Ivisible poland officers fixed in Public Beta 2
    Venice archers and heavy infantry custom battle CTD fixed in Public Beta 2
    Loading Screens text some times overwritten fixed in Public Beta 2
    Ivisible Kurdish Javelinmen fixed in Public Beta 2

    A few mercenary have a white flag
    Incorrect event dates cause we run the campain on 1.5 years per turn (vanilla is 2)

    Whoa! About 1 GB of free space? I thought DLV was a large mod but jeez 980mb? What make the file so large? Unit skin? Loading screen?

    Well w/e it is, the larger the file, the larger the feature is and the happier I'am.

    im confused, is this the same thing as the one on fileplanet? theres a 3.0 v, and i dled it, and installed with patch, fresh, and it doesnt work? any ideas?

    Today is sunday so it seems the admins are taking very long to release my file there.

    I have uploaded it on filefont now, posting the link here in 20 minuts,

    Questions, will Kingdom of Jerusalem be playable, in future beta or final release? Or will it be unplayable like the current Portugal, unless Portugal is playable and I just don't know how? If not, is there a way to make it playable again?

    i've downloaded beta 2 from moddb but when i install i get "error 21FC" ??? what is this and why does it keep happening, i have completely removed previous version so what the hell???

    maybe a corrupt download.

    I expirienced an installation error on my second computer as I was installing over a extern usb drive.

    the installaion asked me if I wanted to overwrite some files, but also when I said yes ca 50MB of the game were missing including the .bat and .cfg to start the game.

    Im redoing a installation file write now but disabeling write poretections this time.


    maybe this helps your error too

    hey idk if you guys noticed this but when you upgrade the weapon of the scaracen swordsmen they have a big Square for a weapon, but the weapons look fine with out the upgrade? help? oh and i have a request, could you guys maybe replace the light spears of the dismounted polish nobles with swords? it doesnt feel right for nobles who have swords as a secondary weapon when mounted but suddenly dont have swords when dismounted, they have them why not use them? there NOBLES i mean seriously i never understood that, and it would help the polish with surviveing (which they hardly do) untill they get there knights, so please?
