    Default Agent's costs

Just wondering how I can lower the costs of diplomats. 3000 denari seems a bit steep to me, and I like having lots of diplomats around.

I tried altering the values in the "descr_agent_ancillary" file, but oddly enough it made no difference! Is there some other way to alter the values?

Thanks in advance and congrats on a great mod.

There's lots of money, agents have to be expensive or you will have too many.

Just get through the first few years and you will be rolling in money, indeed it becomes a problem as too much cash left over gives governors bad traits!

Tell me about that... I have almost 190K on my account, even with 8 legions and 10+ agents

Jegui! spend it before you get corruption. Best to have lots of money flowing through your empire, than less money piling up.

Also a good practice why there is money is the way I play. Later when I can afford it I have 1 assassin and 1-2 Spies per legion, not including the spies in the cities etc. That adds the total cost to a legion alot. Keep that in mind when forming your legions Assassins protect your leader and also can be used to kill other assassins, and spies are like Recon units to scout ahead and also spot other assassins and spies.

I have needed a lot more assassins in 6.4 I've had more than 5 generals assassinated, and quite a few governors as well.

I haven't had any Generals assassinated in my campaign yet... I normally hunt for 'foil assassination' retinues and assign them to all my generals LT's ideia of one spy/assassin per city/legion is actually nice and it will allow me to spend my money... I don't know where else to spend it now

For me, the buildings are very expensive, so I spend a lot on those. A scriptorium is 10,000 now, a second level arena is 9,000 etc. Plus I have around 14 legions I think.

I know it... I just haven't had the palace upgrade to build the later ones yet... it's taking ages... I know I'll toast all my money as soon as I get them to build
