    Two Thinks I have understood:

Sb2ean, your launcher don't aim at the right folder:

-to RegionModBM instead of RegionModBMBaseMap, but it creates the file when you launch it(?), so I just copy files from RegionModBMBaseMap to RegionModBM.

Then the mod launchs, but crashed while the loading screen when I was trying to begin a new campaign. I have tryed many things, and I have found it was because of the sounds files.

-when I copy the sounds folder from the original vanilla's game to your mod sounds folder it works. I don't really understand why, but it works now then I was about to give up.

Ps: I am using a french version, and thanks you Sb2ean, it's really a good work and adds a new interest to M2TW.

Hi Flyingbob, can you let us know how far you manage to get into a campaign? Some of us have had unexpected crashes at about 1100.

I will tell you, I am not so far at this time, I have just understood today how to make it works.

edit: no crach for me at 1100, but I am talking about the RegionModBaseMap, not the complete mod.
Perahps you can look at the descr_events.txt in the data folder of the mod to look for an event happening at the 20
    year.
