    Well generally people place their hatred for nationalistic enemies on the people themselves. Although Israel is a special country, in that regard, as many jews have few if any ties to Israel.

    Mainly it is hatred stemming from the Islamic World or just racial and cultural hatred which hardly are the type of people who sit down and differentiate between this jew and that jew.

    I think many times the two are synonymous, seeing as Israel is a "Jewish" state in the Middle East. It is important to note that while Israel is a Jewish state, it is democratic, not theocratic like many believe--though I don't know why, lol.

    Not completely correct

    Jews=religion and/or a culture

    you can be Jewish blood but not Jewish religion and vice versa

    This seems to be always overlooked. Remember, the Nazis didnt watch you go to church to find out you were a jew, they only cared about ethnic(blood) jews.

    I've always tried to distinguish between the two, but the categories overlap quite a bit. It's made more difficult by what my friends have told me about Israeli citizenship, which is that you can claim it as long as you are Jewish and do your military service. (Anybody want to confirm or deny this? It's just hearsay at this point.)

    That said, however, I believe for the purposes of the Middle Eastern conflict (i.e., the Arab-Israeli one), the Arabs certainly try to distinguish between Jews and Israelis, especially since you don't necessarily have to be a Jew to be Israeli or have to be an Israeli to be a Jew. The fact that some extremist groups don't distinguish is, IMO, just another reason to scoff at them or even pity them for being so willfully ignorant.

    'Nothing is true, everything is permitted.' is merely an observation of the nature of reality. To say that nothing is true, is to realize that the foundations of society are fragile, and that we must be the shepherds of our own civilization. To say that everything is permitted, is to understand that we are the architects of our actions, and that we must live with their consequences, whether glorious or tragic.

    People says that Iranians and Arabs hate Jews because they hate Israel. But the fact is there is 30.000 Iranian Jews and 3500 Moroccan Jews living in Iran and Morocco who should be teh first ones getting killed right now if they really hated Jews.

    But the Jews themselves often see criticism toward Israel as anti-semitism.

    This issue is kind of similar with people who cannot distinguish between Arabs and Muslims.

    I hate Israel and most Israeli's, but I don't hate non-Israeli Jews at all.

    I think it's only the Israel supporters who say hating Israel is the same as hating Jews.
    This way they can discard all the criticism Israel receives as "antisemitism".
