We have some bungs in 1.6(flood not working, soldiers getting stuck in siege towers etc.).
Is there any chance that CA will fix this?
Or they solely focusing on M2 that RTW is dead, with no chance to see these bugs fiexed?

RTW is dead. All of CA's attention is on Kingdoms and M2:TW right now.

I don't think that any new patch will come out, at least not until the RTW players are screaming for it. It would cause a major confusion among online players and so on.
I was sort of expecting this, but it's sad to see RTW being dead(not mod-wise of course), even though quite a number of hardcoded bug remains.
I no it is sad, but theres always the hope that oneday the creative assebly will make rome2 total warlol
Instead of a "patch" how about an e-download "Expansion", that fixes bugs and changes some of the hardcoded limits, specifically so modders can, go to town. I'd pay 10 bucks for something like that, and they wouldn't have to make any disks, or go to retail distribution. With a minimum of effort CA could keep this game updated and even do some beta testing for RTW II.
That bugfixer is an old one. You can get the latest here
