I received the following from Atterdag and I post it for your consideration.

I'd like to propose the member [user]Garnier[/user] for the rank of Citizen (as I believe he wants to be associated with both the Civitate and Artifex rank).

Patron's paragraph

Garnier is a member that I've wanted to patronize for a long time.

His beautiful AARs have reaped many credits and my own personal admiration. He has probably increased the popularity of Chivalry TW through Saint George for Merry Old England.

His modding contributions does not match the monstrous tasks of an opifex, but they are appreciated by the community and creative.

At last, he has been managing the PotW for a long time, showing that he's also a responsible member who wants to and is enganged with the site.

Nominee's paragraph

Being a Civitate, will allow me to participate in the discussions in the Symposium, as well as help to influence the way TWC is run, in the CVRIA.

As far as aspirations, the main reason I am here is to share my modding contributions with others here, help other people with their mods, and learn more about modding myself. as in real life I aspire to be a programmer or game designer myself, so getting better at working with computers and modding is going to be beneficial in my life if I do follow that career. And besides, its fun!

And as far as modding stuff, a lot of my contributions are my posts in the mod workshop and general discussion, and a lot of files I have attached all over the place when people asked how to do things.

Also there is my AAR, Saint George for Merry Old England
And another AAR that I started, but the save game got corrupted. It is still a nice chunk of an AAR: By Right of Conquest

Other than that, I have been very active in the SPQR forum, giving ideas, small additions, and lots of advice. Also some mini-AAR's in the post your empire thread.

There is my screenshot gallery in the PotW forum as well, with a lot of decent pictures, mostly of the glorious massive battles of SPQR.

Last and most important, is my addon for Lands to Conquer, which is here: Garnier LTC Addon v1.3

Indeed, I thought of making a related poll but then I read his AAR (which is very nice) and that swayed me to use Hastings instead of Vidal Sassoon...

I'll be the lonely dissenter here. I'm not terribly impressed with what he's done, posting wise, although I enjoyed the AAR. I can't, on good conscience, exclude some people for their lack of creativity and fire, and include others.
