    Default Unlimited unit mod is it possible

    Is some one able to make a mod for unlimited units in a city or Castle.

    Cheat happens has made a trainer which will give you unlimited units. How ever to get access to the trainer you have to pay a membership. And i am not going to pay to get it. Usually trainers are released to members then the general public but not this trainer. Obviously they know people want this trainer.

    it is not possible, it's hardcoded.

    The maximum units you can have in one army is 20.

    If you're speaking of reinforcements, then it can go higher, but you'll only be able to control 20 units at once, the ai controls the rest.

    In the expansion they are allowing you to control all of your reinforcements instead of having the ai do it for you.

    No i am talking about in the settlement where the limit of units you can recruit 5 or more or less. But say there is only 5 units. If you buy those 5 units you cant get anymore of the same.

    The cheat happens trainer will allow you to get 32 of the same units each turn.

    well I knew it could go up to 9 if you edit it, but 32?

    He wants you to pay for it? It could be a scam... but it could be possible I suppose.

    No i never said i wanted you to pay for it you need to read my posts properly. I said i didnt want to pay membership to get the trainer.

    No its no scam. Cheat happens is very reputable

    Yes, cheathappens is quite reputable. No scam. Btw, it can be done, just change the replenishment rate to this:
    15 5.0 50
    and it will not max at 32 like in cheathappens but at 50, which is more.
    I did that and i'm currently having lots of fun fighting full stacks after full stacks consisting of a variety of units.

    change 1 0.7 6 0
    the 1 stands for the number of units you get when they become available.
    The 0.7 stands for the replenishment rate, the higher the better.
    The 6 stands for the maximum of units the certain settlement can store for that type.
    The 0 stands for the experience gained when the unit is recruited.

    So, just change the numbers accordingly to your preference.

    but you can only have nine recruitment slots at a time and unless you got mad stupid money, you won't be able to afford the upkeep

    That is simple to fix.....either increase your king's purse or give the starting faction army lots of florins.

    I'm guessing if you're looking for ways to up the max available units, you're probably going to be using cheats to give yourself that mad stupid money!

    that's what i was referring to, i don't cheat, unless you wanna count toggle_fow i was trying to figure out why someone would recruit 9 units at one time....that's economic suicide

    Nah, toggle_fow's not cheating, how likely was it that Medieval monarchs only knew of the goings on like two feet in front of them?!?!?

    I'm just waiting for the Ramtha Unlimited Money, All Units Available to Every Faction, Unlimited Movement Points, All Land-No Water Map (so no more useless naval "battles"), All Factions Playable Super Combo Mod!

    Ramtha, if you're reading this - make it happen!

    No it isn't. I do that sometimes in SS. Its called a levy, I do it in cities that are about to get attacked. Especially as the Egyptians.

    I'm just waiting for the Ramtha Unlimited Money, All Units Available to Every Faction, Unlimited Movement Points, All Land-No Water Map (so no more useless naval "battles"), All Factions Playable Super Combo Mod!
    well, I don't know how to map, so I wouldn't be able to remove water.

    I can do unlimited movement.

    And giving all units to all factions is something I would really find awesome, just an all out blood bath between all equal factions!

    But man, giving over 200 units to every single faction...would take me probably a straight working time of 10 hours.

    The longest I've worked on a mod at once was 5 hours, and usually when I work on something it gets completed and released...

    but man editing that models.db to give all units to all factions, lol would take eternity.

    But I may be able to give the important units to all factions, such as elite units only, that would be reasonable, but I'm out of modding season as I just released a mod yesterday, so it might be a few more weeks before I make a new mod.

    To save time, just give all units 4 merc status in the modelsdb and ownership in the EDU.

    Then team up with gundug for the no-water map. Like not even a river or a lake. And place the settlements at the edge of the map so there's a no-man's land in the middle. It would just be all-out war! Insane!

    This would be the best Ramtha Production yet! Just think about it! All-War! All-The-Time!

    well I still need to give all the factions the unit textures for each unit, if I give the factions ownership of the unit without giving them the texture they will be invisible on the field.

    Unless making them merc will prevent them from being invisible?

    But in any case it is possible I could get someone to help me with it, perhaps 3-4 people, we make it for the community, to give all units to all factions, we could have 1 person spend an hour each then send it through email til it's finished.

    That would also save modders huge time to have that file available for them instead of needing to mod it themselves.
