religious unrest / unrest.

I have a question about unrest in recently captured settlements.

I took Pampolona from the french, and the religion was 87% christian, I took 5 priests and got it to 97% christian, still under settlement status the religious was 30. Is that not a bit high for the remaining 3% ?

Also, was causes the regular unrest in settlements ?

Is it stuff like borders up towards enermies, rebels in the provins ect ? cant really figure out why there is so much unrest in my settlements.

Ohh and its not squalar, distance to capitol ect, i know about those.

Seems to me that religious unrest surges somtimes and heretics follow, or even they are in neighbouring provinces

Well heretics would indeed be a good sugestion since i didnt have any spys in the muslim lands at the time. Will there also be religious unrest if the sourounding provinces are muslim ? since pampolona is nearly sourounded by Al-murabitum.
