They aren't in the mod, but Kypchaks get Slavs in their rosters.
As SirPaladin said they are represented in the Kypchak roster.
I think the team was considering a Russian faction at one point but whether or not they are going to do it, I don't know.
Ok thx mod looks sweet by the way .Probably #1 it terms of historical accuracy but cant say I enjoy playing Muslim factions.

Well, you got 5 non-muslim factions to play. Kypchaks, Armenia, Georgia, Jerusalem & Rajputs.
But how can you say no to the great Saladin and the Mamluks!?
Hell if Mongols were playable(and properly represented vanilla mongols make me sick) this would be my #1 mod pick of all time.

I don’t mind Muslim factions per say they just cant keep my interest engaged long enough never managed to finish the game with any Muslim factions .

I know, I love the Mongols too any play them whenever I have a chance. CelticPagan showed interest in doing a Mongol Invasion mini expansion for BC in the future but who knows, that's too far down the road to predict anything.
The Mongols in vanilla are not as bad as some other factions, in fact a lot of their armour is correct. Just some positioning of equipment and the horrid Chinese wax devil faces.
I'm sure they can be improved though... the thought of AlphaDelta working on the great Mongols makes me quiver.

Well you can always play the Kypchaks in this mod, they are nomadic and are the most similiar to the Mongols.

no, mirage told me it should be done before August.. Well, Kingdom is gonna be out in August so, it will make KoJ a bit pointless.
well, Vlad's mongol mod isn't out yet
Making mongols playable would be nice, but really screw up the game. To make them playable they would have a few starting villages which would just look awful and means they could be defeated. Another option would be to change the start date which is also a huge no-no.
