Default What causes this twitch thingy?

I never had this until the past few months, but it is like my neck crunches up and my head tilts - as if I look up, and I also get goosebumps from it. Probably has nothing to do with it, but I have only gotten it when I am alone like on the computer or watching TV. So basically what has caused this? I havent had any change I can think of too cause this and no neck injury etc.

Ahhh, a fellow Ohioan, yes? I would say see a doctor, bro. Sorry that I don't have any further info for ya....any doctors in the house?

Exercise cures lots of computer related ailments. Take yourself outside and do something for 30 minutes to an hour everyday, it doesn't even need to be really strenuous. Physical activity also decreases stress, so if that's the reason exercise will help that too.

Yes, I like to think I'm one.

    Hmmmmm..... Probably leukemia.

But if it does bother you enough, to cause discomfort and it does persist, the best thing, and usually sure-fire thing is to see a doctor, or physical therapist.
