hi quick question. which version of TE do i want for my RTW1.5? i just instaled 5 and the 5.1 patch but i got a ctd on the opening creaits type screen. (the screen with creative assembly came up then nothing happens then i press any button and it CTDs) also i installed the mod into the data file as i thought it instructed me to, was that right?

Perhaps not. Try it again and install it in the main folder, as most mods usually require.

No, you are supposed to install to the .....Rome-totalwar/data so you did that right, try reinstalling it. And, do you have any other mods installed? If this doesn't work try downloading it again and then reinstall it. I'll anyway see if I can get it to run tomorrow, I'll get back to you, please post back if you get this message.

oh i managed to sort it, turns out i was being really impacient (sp) my computers not that fast so the opening credits screen stays on for 1/2 mins before the game starts up, if you leave it its fine but if you press any of the keys in CTDs cheers for your advice though i get confused when some mods go in the data file and some dont
