Port forwarding

Ever since I switched from a USB modem to a router my speeds are hit to about 10kb a sec when I should get around 100.

Azureus says I'm fire walled and I need to port forward, Ive followed instructions on portforward.com but to no avail.

Any ideas?

Have you still got your USB modem? Plug it back it in and download the same file and see if your speeds improve, it may just that file doesn't have enough seeders.
