First of all, let me congratulate you, for this amazing mod. I've played Imperator I also, and i love the challenge. Now for the question, im having difficulties recruiting praetors (generals). I have only two praetors, with XXV years in service, that dont adquire the governor of latium trait. How is this trait obtained? Also can i have more than 2 preators? Is there a number limit for legatus legionis?

I remember reading some guide for the caracters in imperator II, but i dont seem to find it... Any help in this matter will be greatly apreciated.

I adimid I do not know much about that (since I really don't care about titles and no much role-playing) but I believe the question is more likely to get an answer in Marcus Camillus 4tpy thread since the Roman Leadership system comes from his mod.

I did not change much of the code, except few stuff which didn't include the triggers (in your case).

Anyway if I'm not mistaken, from the file the number of the Legate is around 20 (or more) and the number of legates you can get is depending on your actual provinces. The more province you have the more Legates you can get.

I do however have a trick (my own role-play) is that the Legion banner (and number) is given according to turn, so the first general that get this trait/ancillary will get Legio I, then Legio II and so on.

I will use this known character which can acquire the Legion banner everytime I wanted to add another legion. I pass the banner to another general (with his legions) and wait one turn untul another Legion banner is avialable for the former general. This banner I pass on to another general too. While they might not have the Legate trait, the banner itself will bring bonus of some sorts and will help balancing the AI command bonus in battles.
