    Default How To Use nTune?

So since Im cancelling my plan to get a new video card I have decided to use nTune to overclock my Geforce card. However, I never tried this before so I have a question. How to make the new overclocked system start at the same time with windows so I dont have to tweak everything all over again everytime my PC restarts?

there is an option for it in ntune to start with the options I think, but I don't recommend Ntune to use for overclocking. Rivatuner is better. or you can even use ATI tool to tune your nvidia card.

Thanks, Im definitely gonna try ATITool.

Update: I tried to use Find Max Core feature on ATITool. However, after a while I saw some yellow artifacts or something but the process kept on going and the the core kept on going up and up so I got scared and aborted everything because I didnt know if that was normal. Now Im wondering if what happened was normal and I should let it go on or what?

Your card was overheating a bit...it's not too bad if it just artifacts. I would recommend ATI tool to be used only as a benchmarking program, not the actual "tuner". Use rivatuner instead to crank up the clocks, but use ATI tool to check if you got artifacts. Don't tune your Nvidia card with ATI tool, I think the safest thing to do.

I agree that Rivatuner is the best for OC nVidia cards, especially because you can control the fan speed which is a big deal with these new cards that run so hot. nTune is just absolute crap these days, especially since the latest 5.0 version. It will do nothing but frustrate you. Rivatuner is definately the way to go with nVidia based cards; the latest Catalyst and ATI Tool (excellent fan control) in conjuction for ATI based cards.
