Irish Voices?

The Irish voices are Bloody English! That's Blasphemy!

Wish they had voice makeovers for this. Heck, uses the the Scottish voices would have been better.

I could not agree with you more. It forces me to turn down the sound so as not to have to listen to the horror of it all.

I intergrated some extra factions (Ireland being one of them) into DLV 3 and after 2 days of blood, sweat & tears managed to get the new factions with their correct accents.
Back-up your original files of course.
I would be interested to hear if my files work on a "vanilla" DLV.
P.S Ireland have Scottish accent, Kiev are Eastern European & Flanders have a Germanic accent.

Thank God for that. I've played for weeks with sound muted so I wont hear the English accents. I tried to use Scottish accents when I did the faction but with no joy, so I gave all the units scottish accents instead. The generals were a different story though, any accent barr Englands would be good but I had no clue how to do it. Can these sound files be used in 3.1? if not, how do you go about changing them?

Yes I've tested them on my DLV 3.1 & they do work. Download from above link & place files in folders (you'll see where they should go) after backing up originals of course.
