Unit cards and sliding menu on battle map

Is there any possibility for the old way your battle menu is designed to be restored. The idea of drop-down commands-menu from the top is great, but I can't get used to it . I also miss the speed-up button(2x and 3x speed). I know it's unreal, but sometimes immaterial struggles are boring to wait
I would be grateful, if someone gives me such a fix or explains how to restore those settings

and change
MINIMAL_UI:TRUE
to
MINIMAL_UI:FALSE

For the speed settings, i have assigned keys on the setup options... For example + is 1x, ´ is 2x, } is 3x... That comes very handy since i use the keyboard to impart commands, thus saving a lot of time.
