Mentor

What would anyone think of a Mentor system in the game?

When your generals are young they can earn command, chivalry, piety etc from the older generals they are with based on thier level of command chivalry and piety.

I think this is very possible, but my question is would anyone think its a useful/necessary/useless feature?

Sort of, only I believe BBB is with buildings (hence education) while this is meant for a person who your young general is with.

Not to mention I've been thinking about a goodstudent/badstudent kind of trait to determine how well they learn things.

I did, I pretty much created the mod I'm thinking of, I'm wondering what other people would think of it though.

Unless your work is better than BBB, otherwise i don't think people will use it.

You should definitely release it! Heck you spent your time on it right? Why not share it with others?

Also, you don't have to compete with BBB. You could make it so your mod is compatible with it too. Just tell people what they need to cut and paste to their files.

That's what Hephaistos did with his Naval Officer VnV add-on.

I'm not exactly how BBB works, but as long as it (or any mod) doesnt have a "student learning ability" trait then my mod should work with anything.

And I'm going to tweak it a bit first before I release it.
