Problem with installation

When I patch my clean install of rome total war to 1.5 from 1.3 and install SPQR 6.4, I get a problem when selecting campaign, in which when clicked says "Please select an item from the list"; also when I click custom battle and get units for both sides and click the Launch button, it brings me back to the faction choose list.

What am I doing wrong?

i tried the tutorial campaing but it crushed when the first battle is suposed to start

Its not being installed Right you need to Delete the RTW folder when you Uninstall RTW, Then reinstall or leftover modded files will remain.

Sounds like a case of Left over files from other mods cauing conflicts. OR you didnt install RTW patches right/
