The elephants is probably caused from there being no men left except 1 or so. I have seen this before also. But Nothing has been changed by me to cause this, so its a Hardcoded issue if its even a bug, I just assumed that there werent any men left, as sometimes I have seen elephants with only 1 man in each. I think the hardcoded part of the game gets confused as its hardcoded on how many men or elephants after taking losses. Did you Fight this unit before? That could be your answer on the unittaking causualties.
As for the Ram Yes I HAVE NOTICED THIS, its a CA bug, that isnt noticeable if you have the Rams act Fast in knocking the doors and walls down. I increased the Time it takes to knock walls and doors down so this CA bug shows up more, it doesnt effect the game its just clipping, When I see the Rams start to do this I just Back them up and start again and that Works.
Also its seems to only show up on the second level wooden walls and some gates. Doesnt effect gameplay, for some reason the collision detection isnt great, and thats probably why CA used Fast breaking walls to cover it. Because really Walls fall too fast and dont even give defenders time to fire their arrows. lol I would rather have the longer ram times with some clipping than shorter ramming times. Personal Preference. Its not a SPQR bug really its a engine bug, we really cant edit collision without alot of work, I think some did, but they had some time doing it. lol

Yah, i fought that unit elefants once before...
Well, i really don't care about these 2 little thingsjust wanted to show you...
And the problem with the rams just looks funny, not a problem for gameplay...
