Very intersting docuementry, althought i havnt watched all of it yet ,its still streaming, but im going to as soon as it compeltes.

As for the subject matter, so ??? its been done by everyone since the birth of polytics and its going to be ? its just a very comman fact that you have to understand with politics, you have to lie and spin stuff to win votes , the public will not vote in a person that is 100% honest about every issue that he is confronted with, its only natural.

As Darkragnar said very interesting documentary, did not know you could get unfiltered news through satellite feed. Might invest in a small dish, but how did he know where to point it to get feed from different networks.

Darkragnar just because something has been done for a long time does not make it right, human beings have being practicing genocide and slavery for a long time this does not make it right, and we should always strive to better ourselves as human beings.

Also I see a huge problem in a government that is controlled by a few individuals, who block any candidates which they deem unworthy simply because they do not follow the ideals that a few consider important or because they don't wish to succumb to the will of others. Most of the candidates that are loved by the public are usually blocked by others, and all you are left with is choosing the lesser of two evils. This to me is not democracy, but an illusion of democracy.

The same thing that happened to Larry Abraham is now happening to Ron Paul, and god knows how many others have been blocked in this manner. Since letting one of this good candidates run and win, might make the masses ask more from their candidates.

He explained this in the video: he just pointed his dish at every TV satellite (I'm sure there is a list of satellites available somewhere) and then scanned trough the entire range of channels.

I wonder if it's still possible to pick up those feeds, though.
I'd imagine they scramble those signals since this documentary came out.

I think we all knew the media is full of spin.
But this documentary provides a unique view on how media spin works, which is very interesting by itself.

Though one might guess and infer my position based on this video, I didn't make any statements myself when posting this video. I merely initiated debate. Why did you react with "So?" - The very fact that you started your sentence granting excuses to this system, tells me that your inner moral judgment thinks this is in fact wrong - otherwise you wouldn't say "so?"
Perhaps education has made you - as it makes all of us (I'm no different) - resigned and apathetic to the problem. Implicit in what you say is a belief in the myth that this is what democracy is all about; obfuscation of issues, dangerously potent oversimplifications, and that we should not strive for anything better.
I can't see any other reason for your initial reaction.

However, that is just the cynic in me. You still haven't seen the video.
