Error

I´v reinstalled rome total war and the patches 1.3, 1.5, installed the barbarian invasion, patch 1.6 and finally the RTR platinum 1.9, everything went fine but when I tried to go on the campaign it says:"Please select a Item from the list", and when I try to go on historical battle it crashes, and when I exit the game , it says:"Script Error data/world/map/campaign/imperial_campaign/descr_strat.txt line 31 column 1
Expected start date of campaign or battle

its something like that, can ayone help me?

I sounds like a wrong patch version. Prior to installing RTRPE or any mods, run vanilla BI game, click option and see at the top right corner of the screen the version number.

It should be 1.6 written there. If it's written 1.4 then it's unpatched.
