CC FTW! However I still have to manually delete RTW and M2TW entries after uninstalling...

Spybot S&D also has a registry cleaner, and a thing to delete unwanted add/remove entries, and a nice little tool for disabling startup entries.. gets my vote anyway.

    But CCleaner is also good.

Yeah CCleaner is nice, it also doesnt scan all that deep so the chances of deleting a needed entry is small, it will miss a good amount though. Nice for beginners.

If you want something free, thats been around for a good amount of time and scans a bit deeper the regcleaner is nice. I think it is still freeware.

I use CCleaner, mainly for the cleaner, and another dedicated registry cleaner thats been around for years, I wont name it as it isn't free, although its always been a popular torrent file.

I use Tune Up Utilities 2006, it isn't free, but it certainly has one powerful and comprehensive registry cleaner utility. One of the best overall programs I have on my system. Don't know what I would do without it....
