Yay, they put the Hansa and Union of Kalmar in the campaign! Thanks for the heads up, Lusted.

'Alliances and guilds play an important part in the campaign. If you’re playing as Denmark, you will be given the opportunity to form the powerful and permanent alliance with their Norwegian neighbours known as the “Union of Kalmar”. This event will trigger when Denmark occupies certain regions on the campaign map. When the Union is formed, Norwegian cities and armies are turned over to Denmark, and Norway is effectively destroyed. The Danish faction additionally gains access to recruit three of Norway’s most powerful units for themselves.
    1) does this mean that Norway is a faction?. 2) if, Are Norway playable?

And they mencioned Norways "cities" Will we bee seeing Lands more north,(More than the oslofjord anyway) and Important hanseatic cities like bergen, (helsinki for finland?)

I would say, that some provinces are marked to be Norwegian, there will probably be some Norwegian-rebels units, but not a separate faction with it's own banners, colors and diplomacy.

Read it agian, it lists the playable and unlockable factions, Norway are in Teutonic as an unplayable faction. Like Halie is was at a Kingdoms playtesting day at SEGa HQ europe, and saw Norway in both Britannia and Teutonic.

Well, there is a new 3D unit coming out today.. Unfortiunaly it is some kind of Mayan bee-nest trowers. But you can drool over the thoght of what a full mounted Teotonic charge wuld do to theese pathetic men with eaven more pathetic bees.

Anyway. all fellow Norwegians! all angry Swedes! Norway and Sweden is playable in some sense. The Kalmar Union was an equal union between Norway, Sweden and Denmark. So when playing as the union, you actiualy play as all scandinavia unified! using the dannish coulors.

CA seemes to have made up a pretty exiting campain then. with lots of compleetly diffrent factions to play as. Lets hope the other ones are as good.

Bee-nest throwers? Are you serious? ROFL.

This could be the greatest thing ever since cannon elephants.

Hornet throwers, and yes people did actually throw hornets nests at their opponents.

I don't doubt it, the American Indians weren't exactly heavily armoured.

I just think it's hilarious, I can't wait to see how it plays out.

And I thought the Lithuanian units were ridiculous...

You have to admit that would be a good weapon. You can cut a guy apart with a sword but kind of hard to hit dozens of angry hornets, isn't it?

Yay plz also add burning hogs, mounted bear cannons, pointy hats and eye-laser pagan magicians for Lithuanians too (sarcasm off)
I hope we wont see this again (taken from this thread)
