Whats the point in stopping your game after every battle to use the killsheet?

You don't stop your game after every battle. There is a tally sheet included in the readme and you use that to keep track of the information. When you log off, you can open the excel file and fill in the info you wrote on your tally sheet.
I recommend the following kill sheet:
http://www.twcenter.net/forums/showt...ht=Makeshift52
"Sure there have been injuries and deaths in boxing - but none of them serious" - Alan Minter
"When a man steals your wife there is no better revenge than to let him keep her." - Sacha Guitry.
"If one synchronised swimmer drowns, do all the rest have to drown too?" - Steven Wright.
Your spreadsheet is very detailed and functional; I love it
How do I change labels on the graph? I made "your mercenaries" into roman rebels and would like to do the same on the graph.
It shows your losses and those of the enemy which SHOULD have been in RTW in the beginning. Many asked them to add a Detail Sheet on Losses of Men like other strategy games.
In restarting my campaign, I've begun using the killsheet to keep track of my progress. I've found that recording my losses from every battle allows me to compare the results and adjust my strategy accodingly.
The killsheet is not just a record, it's a tool for improvement.
(plus, seeing all those kills just gets ya all giddy inside)![]()
I should really start using it also... but I always forget.![]()

Makeshift why dont you make another that is up to date?
Ok, I will do that over the weekend if that's ok as I'm doing exams at the moment, but I am interested in coming back to playing Rome Total War a bit (since the game I play at the moment is getting frustrating and I do love SPQR Mod =]).
Has much changed since I left (which was about a year ago) and what sort of updates should I put in?
Thanks guys

Basically Look at the Killsheet being used and then you can see. The one there is Pretty Good, So I have no idea why there needs to be another but you may find areas of improvement. I think there needs a Senate section Added to it or a SPQR section for the senate armies killed.
Lt
Righto, I'm gonna see what I can do!
Anyway, if anyone could take the time to answer the questions from a guy who has been missing for a year, it would be greatly appreciated:
1) Is Rome unified in the latest version of SPQR?
2) Did Lt ever get round to starting his other Mod that he proposed?
3) What was the bug/problem with 1.5?
4) Roughly how active are these forums (Posts a day)?
5) Do most people play Medieval Total War 2 or are the majority still on Rome?
6) What ever became of the Old crowd (Northhammer and Revan the Great etc... If any of you were around then :S)?
7) Name a possible improvement for my Killsheet!
Thanks very much!

1. Rome is not unified. It is still you and the Senate but there is an additional "roman" faction in that 6.35 (and maybe other versions) has Roman Rebels.
2. No idea
3. No idea
4. Can't really answer that with any degree of accuracy.
5. Most definitely play Med II based on the thread and post counts in its respective forum. There is still a strong base that plays both or simply plays a modded form of Rome.
6. No idea
7. I already did![]()
Rome is unified, Brutii are Gone, the Senate is their to help balance Rome isf the player plays another faction, and their to give the Roman player a challenge to take Rome.
The Roman Rebels ONLY Appear when a city revolts to them like in BI.
No As BI wasnt worth Modding. lol
Basically the Main problem was with Archers the AI wouldnt fire on units that had too many shield or Armour. I found a way around this that works and yet keeps SPQR lasting long. ;-)
About 2-6 Posts a day it Varies. Nothing like it was back then, but when 6.4 is released things may change?
Basically most anymore play MTW2, But some play the modded Forms of RTW. I say WHO CARES. SPQR is for US.
ALL GONE, They Faded away, sad really.
Ohh, that's a shame, you were quite hopeful about that other Mod, I remember when you were sick of us suggesting changes!
I can't believe they went, did they say why, or just disappear one day like me?
And I'm defo gonna check out 6.35 this weekend, glad to be back (even if I'm less active)

6.4 will even be better. and its being released soon.
I'll take your word for it and hold on until then!
I must have left before 6.0 right?
(I changed my PC so I can no longer check If I'm right!)
