Covering 1330 to 1200 BC this mod aims to focus on Ramses and the bitter conflict between egypt and the hitttites

Egypt Total War
This mod for RTW plans to focus on the egyptians before the romans starting in 1330 BC control factions like the hittites, the babylonians and many others but most of all lead your armies to victory using diplomatic and military means.

I suggest you put your idea on hold join a mod team and get expirience because it is hard starting a mod without expirience.

BTW there was already a egyptian mod in develepment but it died.

I already have a mod team including the leader of the ~Narnia Total War team and I will learn as I go along, don't forget you were in this position once too. Different people, make different choices

Syria

With an all new map, new units and it covers from Lybia to the middle east including asia minor

Syria should be "Assyria"

Will you have an emergent "Israelite" faction with Moses as a faction leader?

This may be the first mod that uses the Old Testament to build a unit roster.

I must say though that I have realized that because the military aspect of Egypt is still really limited I hope that you will emphasize Egyptian cities in contrast to other "eastern" factions. Good luck

**** I just thought of something really cool, why not make a biblical total war?

About the iraelites and all their enemies as depicted in the old testament(wether it's actual history or not no one knows) but it would be wicked cool.

Not that I'm going to start on it... lol

I think there is enough historical evidence to rely on rather then the bible that is - no offence - probably not that accurate...

I think the period you are going for is really really interessting, if it does work out I am your number one fan.

Yet I would try and define what exact time you are trying to focus on... a lot of different empires and states appeared...

Any Mod on anything between 1500 - 700 would have my fullest support - would be very glad to provide infos as the military historian... P2P me..
