    I have never had this problem so it must be a problem when you installed it or something.

    I have same problem as Marcus II. Also clean install, patched to 1.2, and installed LTC 2.3. After first turn it stays on rebel forever, Why?

    Fixed my problem by reinstalling, guess crap happens every now and then
