I personally dont like the medieval 2 music. Second best goes to Rome's music. But for me, the Viking Invasion Music is absolutely amazing.

This is the music I listen (I like epic atmosphere) when playing M2TW LTC mod with my add ons (my music mod):

*M2TW original tracks - well of course they totally get you into medieval mood, esp norhtern european's "duke of death" and "solenka" - those 2 are my fav
*MTW ost - what an awesome war classics, remember those good old MTW times
*some tracks from Alexander movie for Byzantines + Darth Vaders cool byz mobilize theme
*RTR soundtrack, very nice music
*Braveheart makes me cry everytime lol
*RTW Chivalry mod music has some great themes
*civilization 4 medieval music fits so good for campaign map
*some tracks from CC-light music mod from RTW
*few themes from Europa Universalis for campaign map
*King Arthur movie music is so panoramic and epic
*Kingdom of Heaven ost - this is a must have - epic, christian themed music, great for crusades. As serious samurai said "crusaders" track is awesome, I use it for nothern_european mobilize though. My favourites are "The battle of Kerak" for battle and "To Jerusalem".
*Lord of the Rings - words can't express the grandeur of this masterpiece

*Stronghold+crusader music - who can forget such a cute medieval game and immense music?
*MTW Vikings Invasion ost makes me all berserk inside

* some tracks from RTW EB
* + some other medieval music samples I've found on net

That's what I have for M2TW right now. Can someone suggest more medieval music? Would like to add it in my music collection

that great and i like Battle of Tollan, duke of death too, Clash of Nahual, Inca, yep solenka that good music too, crusaders, jaguar jig, we are all one, song for tomba, the widow, this is it, mextli mambo, winds cuts.. that's all i like in mtw2.. but i never heard from BI i must try that.. narnia in end battle music that cool have spirit too.. lord of the ring have great music yes.. but i don't like civilization game songs.. ^^

I like the Aztec music as well. It has a nice beat to it. I also like the Middle Eastern Battle music too.
I also like the Northern European battle loss music too, it sounds really cool and churchy. I also like the Islamic battle loss music as well, because it sounds like something that comes out of the Bible.

I like the spanish music with the guitar. Its not on the bonus music soundtrack. . Does anyone know the name of the song, have a copy of the song or know the guitar chords or music sheet of the song?

The spanish songs 'mare nostrum' and 'lifted to the hotplate' in the remixed collectors edition soundtrack are the best. The rest of the european stuff is boring though, except for 'duke of death' (which is very similar to RTW stuff, which I liked more) and 'this is it' which which is a marching track that really builds up tension before the battle. I also like the middle-east 'crack your head with a tabla'. The North American music is ok (I like 'lakota lambada' best), although it does get a bit repetitive and annoying after a while; but I guess you could say that for all the tracks...

Well I got the gold with the CD. The aztec music is either INCA (strangly named) or OCTLII, havn't played aztecs yet so not sure 100%. both good compositions.

There is a middle eastern/American Indian sounding one called "LAKOTA Lambada" that is pretty nice. Sounds like trailer music from KIngdom of heaven. Alot of fast drums and flute like sounds some tribal war chanting.

There are around 10 out of 20 songs on the CD im gonna burn for driving in my car music . The rest are just event and campaign map tunes.

LOL!! There is one REALY Islamic song with the Arabic women crooning in the background laallalalalalalaaaa. makes you think of the burning arab desert. The Funny thing is it is titled on the CD "CRACK YOUR HEAD WITH A TABLE".

FUNNY FLASHMAN I just read your reply we pretty much agree Except for mare Nostrum wich IMO is the standard battle progression music of the game and not very unique. But, hey, whatever makes your hair stand up.

I like one track that i sometimes come across in battles, i think sieges mainly.. Quite hard to explain, could be only in kingdoms expansions such as britannia.
