Hmm, well, it's some sort of 3d software.

Could be Maya, but I don't remember the interface.
It isn't SketchUp, but that is a good program.
I don't think it's 3ds max either.

All of those preform similar tasks... Do you just want to use the program? Because learning how to model things is very hard, and you will not be making anything as good as that screenshot without a lot of work. If you just want to try that stuff out, I would recommend Google SketchUp.
