AI Diplomat Problems

2 annoying problems -

1. As Spain (or any nation really) Moors offer to make me their vassal every single turn (bringing up the diplomacy sheet, very annoying)

2. As England, Scottish diplomat does the diplomacy animation on my northern most city every single turn, slowing down everything (many times the diplomat will do the "interaction" diplomacy animation, but no diplomacy menu will popup, not sure what he is doing really but this happens pretty much every turn, in most games)

I suppose some fixes are if the AI sends diplomats to the player, the player will most likely NOT accept vassalage so it should not even ask, and as for the scottish/english scenario im not sure why the diplomat is doing the animation every turn - maybe make a cooldown on diplomat interactions - its becoming very annoying to end turn and see the 2 second diplomat animation / scotland turn pause for 100's of turns

1. Sounds like an odd bug, no help there except send an assassin to say ello.

2. This happens in vanilla and rtw, I believe what the diplomat is doing is trying to bribe your general/army. Generally nothing happens if I leave him at it for 20 or 30 turns however sometimes (very rare with medieval 2) they will actually get him bribed. More rare still with TLR. I would like to see something done about this as well but its not really that much bother since right clicking speeds it up so it only slows it down 4-5 seconds.
