    Icon5 Picture Editor?

    Does anyone know of a free photo editor that is easy to use but has advanced editing features?

    I can't help you with setting it up as I've never used it myself (I use photoshop), but setup should be explained here in detail and with links to everything you need.

    Try WinRar to open the dl (and make sure you grab the win32 executable libraries)

    If you are looking for free software, I recommend GIMP... Haven't seen any other free software that can do as many things as GIMP with such good end results...
