    Default TRL beyond 2.0

Curious what else lay on the horizon, specifically if there will be more factions added. Right now the map fills out nicely with factions grabbing land, and not leaving many big regions of frontiers, with the exception of the Tunis area. Sicily very seldomly takes advantage of the area and the Moors expansion east is so slow. There must have been a substantial power in that area to be considered a possible faction. Also are there any near plans to overhaul the muslim faction skins, or shall I get to learning how to model

Well I plan on adding the Cuman/Kipchaks as the next faction.

The faction AOR is also coming.

I will slowly add new units/skins to the factions but I could use any help that I can get.

Re new factions, im thinking that independents need to be split into regional independednts, Africa/Europe/Eurasia etc, rather than add in Flanders or whatever as factions, this would aid gameplay more than haveing another variant faction, simply turn the indepents into viable factions in there own right.

That definitely is an a idea. I was planning on having 1 true independent faction that would provide that kind of challenge.

I'm not sure we need to have multiple ones.

Well, if the independents were regional minor powers, they would be more viable petty non player to use factions, who are a problem to take down rather than an oportunity for the player to take over, a kind of improvement over the existing rebels but less than a full AI faction, the rebells as such would be the revolting armys, while there would a regional grouping of petty/minor provinces loosly allied asa sub faction so as to speak, European more densly population such rebels would thus create units/buildings more quicly than Eurasion less populous rebel indepents for instance as each could be customised, all along side the actual rebelion generated independts not part of anyones control and tied to only a very few provinces.

There is a limit to the # of factions. Having regional independents is a great idea, for but practical purposes, one independent faction is really all that can be done. I think we're starting to see the secret plan of aggressive independents unfold.... making the independents across the map one united faction? Hmm sounds interesting.

It already had the previous BBB. It will now have 2.0+.
