Is there a possible way to build the wonder floating city of tenochtitlan? What I mean is that if it is possible to build a city in the middle of a lake, with floating isles connected between each other with wood or land bridges. It is for a mod featuring the Aztecs, Mayas and Incas(among many more).

The only person to my knowledge to have attempted a custom city was SigniferOne who tried to reconstruct Rome in his 'Eternal City' thread. Perhaps find that thread and check it out - he had limited success I believe, but there might be something of use there.

(Also Note: You cannot build settlements on 'water' as denoted by your campaign map. Any water surrounding the city would have to be custom made, if it is possible)
