What Mod or Mods would you say are "modded the most"?
As in, which contain the most changes compared to vanilla? I'm not looking for super technical answers, just a general idea of which total conversions are more converted than others.

Don't forget TLR.

Well, there are some total conversion mods in the works (that will convert the hell out of the game), like, for example, Broken Crescent, which has the most work done, or Wrath of the Norsemen, which seems to have gotten going. You should be more specific in your question... Do you want vanilla-flavoured mods?
There are currently no total-coversion mods out at all and dont expect them before the summers end... except maybe one.
Anno Domini perhaps?

If Westeros Total War ever gets done (shameless advertising here -http://asoiaf.westeros.org/index.php?showforum=24) it will be pretty total.
As of now, I'd say
Anno Domini

Are we just talking about M2: TW here?
Since it's in the M2TW section, I guess so.
No contest, TLR, new factions the most new units, the biggest changes to recruitment (AOR and event based inventions) and the normal host of role playing elements.
