modding with patch 1.5

ok I'm getting the feeling that there's a problem with modding rome patched to version 1.5.
neither do my unit cards get loaded (I've tried EVERYTHING) but I can't even change faction names.
well I can change them, I did in the 3 correct txt files and it should work according to the tutorial. but it just wouldn't.

so, any word on modding problems with patched to 1.5? or am I the only one experiencing this

for changing faction names you need to change expanded_bi.txt if you have it (even if you aren't using BI)

for unit cards make sure you are putting them in data/ui/...
not data/packs/data/ui if you unpacked to there.
