Computer turns on but no beep (Post)

I turned off my computer last night on accident ( I normally leave it on or standby) and it well not start back up.

When I push the power button it turns on and the fans , DVD , and Hardrive turn but no post(boot beep). I have tried reconnecting all my cables and making sure everything is connected but to no avail.

A weird thing that happens is if I take out my Graphics Card it turns on by itself but still no post.

I have a AMD 3000
Geforce 6600 GT (agp)
1 GB ram
Sound Blaster 24 bit

try shorting the cmos jumper..

First try shorting the cmos jumper like King Edward I suggested.
This will reset the BIOS to factory defaults.

Then try disconnecting all non-essential components (CD/DVD drives, hard-drives, all but one stick of RAM and sound blaster card).
Remember to also disconnect the drives from the power supply.
That way your PC will need less power to boot and you'll have less components that can cause problems.
You only need some RAM, a CPU and a Graphics card to get a POST.

I got it to post by switching cpu jumpers from 166 to 133 , I have an AMD 3000 is it not supposed to be 166
