Campus Barbaricum
First off, great mod. I have run a search on the forums and couldn't find a fix to my problem. I was wondering, how are we suppose to capture Campus Barbaricum? I had been moving my army towards it only to find out, there's no way to get to the settlement, as it was surrounded by a dense forest on all sides.

Re: Campus Barbaricum
Campus Barbaricum cannot be conquered. It covers a large area wich from a historicall point of view was of no interest to conquer by the factions existing in those time.

Re: Campus Barbaricum
Ah thanks for the info, and yeah the world is developing pretty nicely.
The Osgoths appear to be under severe pressure from the Huns, their army numbers is down greatly from the latest seige. From that alone they appear to be going into a horde soon.
The Visigoths sacked and occupied Rome really early, then began to expand throughout central italy.
I (Romano-British) wiped out the Saxons as quickly as I could build a navy to sail my army over there, keeping the pressure on them. Luckily for me they had their cities mostly garrisoned by peasent units.
Both the ERE and WRE are getting hammered from all sides by the surrounding factions. I expect to see them crumble soon with all that fighting constantly going on along the edges of their boarders.
The Huns aren't really expanding, seeming content to just bully the Osgoths, but they are having trouble keeping the Lombards out of their settlements.
Again thanks for the info as to why you cannot conquer Campus Barbaricum, now I can move onto taking care of the Alemanni who started a war with me.

Re: Campus Barbaricum
Is there no way to capture it with cheats? :-) May not be historically interesting for the factions but it is for me ^^
