Which Graphics Card?
OK, question for you guys. I currently have a Radeon x600 card. It runs okay, but I'm not quite happy with its performance. Can someone tell me a graphics card that will make a significant difference, but is under $200?

I would reccomend the X1900XT: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814102067
Or the 7900GT which i think you can get under 200 dollars, not sure though.

Re: Which Graphics Card?
I have 7600GT and no major performance problems so far. Should be under 200 dollars, because mine cost about 120 euros. Of course 7900 or X1900 are better options.

Re: Which Graphics Card?
The 7900gs is the best value nvidia card there is. At the moment its £120 and im sure its cheaper in US. I got a gainward bliss and currently its stable @ 540mhz core and 760mhz memory, thats basicly GT performance. If you are willing to underatke in a little light overclocking then i dont think there is a better buy. Dont really know about ATI cards tho.

Re: Which Graphics Card?
Various ways of overclocking but if you buy a card like the gainward that has been factory overclocked then there will always be a little control program with it that allows you to set your own clock speeds. The program will also tell you if your selected speeds are safe. Be carefeull though, overclocking will void your warrenty and it is possible to damage or destroy your card if you are stupid and overclock it too much. Overclocking a new card might sound scary, but its perfectly safe if your cautiouS, and in any case, cards like the gainward come overclocked a little so they are still a decent buy.
Hope this helps, any 7900gs is a great bang for buck card and will offer very decent performance on this game. Its the best value nvidia card there is, and if you get one that comes factory overclocked (like the gainward) then your laughing

Re: Which Graphics Card?
Here you go.
Personally, I prefer the Nvidia 7900 series over the ATI 1900 series, but both cards mentioned are good cards for under $200.
